Bizionary State Broker Program

Become the Exclusive Bizionary Broker for Your State

Join Bizionary as an exclusive State Business Broker. Agents keep 75% of sales commission with a 25% Broker share, and no joining fee or monthly membership.

Availability and exclusivity are subject to the executed State Partner Agreement. Bizionary does not guarantee seller leads or income.

Why the model works

A commission model built around the broker

Bizionary exists to give independent brokers the reach of a national platform while keeping the majority of every sales commission with the person who closes the deal.

Keep 80% of every sales commission

On every completed sale you retain 80% of the sales commission. Bizionary keeps 20% for platform, marketing and Head Office support.

No joining fee, no monthly membership

There is nothing to pay to join and no ongoing subscription. You only ever share commission when a sale completes.

Exclusive footprint for your state

One appointed broker per state. Availability and exclusivity are subject to the executed State Partner Agreement.

National platform, local broker

You are the face of Bizionary in your state while a national digital platform generates seller leads and runs the workflow for you.
