Bizionary Business Brokers

Australian Business Brokers Who Only Get Paid When You Do

Bizionary business brokers manage the sale of Australian businesses end to end: valuation, marketing, buyer screening, viewings and negotiation, all for a success fee payable only when your business sells.

What your broker does for you

A broker's job is to run a disciplined sale process while you keep running the business.

Valuation and pricing guidance

Your broker starts with a free, no-obligation valuation and works with you to set a realistic price range for the current Australian market.

Advert and Information Memorandum

We write your advert and prepare a detailed Information Memorandum covering the financials, operations, strengths and growth opportunities of your business.

Marketing across major platforms

Your listing is placed where Australian buyers search, including SEEK Business, Commercial Real Estate, AnyBusiness.com.au and BusinessesForSale.com.

Buyer screening

Every enquiry is screened before it reaches you, with a copy of the enquiry and any buyer feedback passed on, so your time is spent on genuine buyers.

Viewings and negotiation

Your broker coordinates viewing appointments and negotiates directly with buyers on your behalf, working towards the best possible price.

Support through to settlement

We communicate with lawyers, accountants and business finance professionals on your behalf to help ensure a smooth completion.

Broker questions

What does a Bizionary broker cost?

There is nothing to pay upfront. Our success fee is the greater of 5% of the Total Consideration or $3,000, plus GST, and is payable only when your business sells and the sale completes.

Where do Bizionary brokers work?

Under our current licensing we list businesses for sale throughout Queensland. Every listing is then marketed nationally on the major Australian business-for-sale platforms, reaching buyers across Australia. We are recruiting agents in NSW, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

How involved do I need to be?

You approve the key documents and decisions, and your broker manages the workload: marketing, buyer enquiries, viewings and negotiations.
